Our eyes is very important in our daily living. We use it in our daily activities. Most of the people spend their time in front of a computer, t.v., android phones and other electronic devices. We should take time to protect and take care of it. Here are some tips you can do to take care of your eyes.
1.Lighting.
Avoid looking in the things that produces too much light and avoid to read in the dim light.
2. Avoid smoking.
Smoking may cause bad effect on our eyes such as cataract and not only in our eyes as well as our body
3. Try the “20-20-20”
Every 20 minutes of work, try to look for about 20 feet from your position to a certain point for 20 seconds. This may help your eyes to take some rest.
4. Eat a balance diet.
Eating a balance diet help you regain the nutrients needed by our eyes and our body. Eat fruits and vegetables that rich in vitamin a like squash and carrot for the eyes.
5. Sleep well.
This helps our eyes to regain strength and makes us feel productive.
6. Have a check-up.
Try to have a check-up for your eyes at least 1-2 years to know the condition of our eyes.
